Do you know people who love to dance? Are you a dancer that wants to improve or needs more opportunities? Henri Oguike Dance Company delivers year round educational activities in the UK, Europe and beyond!

We offer one off workshops, residencies and masterclasses suitable for any age and any ability, all tailor-made to meet your individual requirements. You can learn our brand new company repertoire in a workshop that reflects and exposes the process of Henri Oguike Dance Company in creation.

Our workshops provide participants with the opportunity to develop their own physical awareness, creativity and confidence in an inspiring and encouraging environment. Our work contributes to both government targets of delivering five hours of physical activity and five hours of cultural activity per week to all young people.

Sarah Linstra, senior Company dancer and experienced workshop facilitator will lead workshops based on past HODC repertoire.

Sarah Linstra (www.sarahlinstra.com) is a freelance dancer and choreographer, born in the Netherlands. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dance from the Codarts Dance Academy in Rotterdam.
